Residence 51 designed by Photiou Architects has won two International Property Awards for 2010 from the European Residential Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television for Best Apartment and Best Development.

Residence 51 has been awarded the prestigious award of Best Property 2010 for the second consecutive year by Cyprus Deluxe Magazine.
2009 Silver Leaf Developments have received a major award in 2009. At the awards ceremony held recently by Cyprus Deluxe Magazine at the Le Meridian Hotel, Residence 51 was presented with the award of Best Project in Cyprus.
