This luxurious house is located in the remote village of Vouni at the foot of the Troodos mountains. Mixing modern luxury within a traditional setting, the Balcony House offers unrivalled peace and tranquility for people wanting to get away from it all.

The Balcony House was lovingly restored in 2014/2015 to bring the comforts and style of modern day living to this beautiful home, whilst still retaining the charm of a village dwelling.

The house provides bespoke luxury accommodation for 2 – 4 people and is furnished in a contemporary style, to the highest of standards.

Downstairs offers open plan living, with a large space for cooking, dining and relaxing. The lounge area has a traditional open log fire which is an added bonus in the winter months. From here, doors open onto the outside terrace where guests can enjoy the comfortable outside space with views of the swimming pool below and beyond to the vineyards in the distance.

The house has a wrap around balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with marble en-suite bathroom. French doors lead out onto the spacious balcony – an ideal place for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. The second bedroom has large twin beds and access to a separate bathroom opposite.

The property ensures guests have total privacy and seclusion, and provides the most stunning views across the valley.
